D. Adam Harper

A native of Jesup, Georgia, Adam Harper graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006. After completing his undergraduate education, Mr. Harper earned his law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law. Since completing his law degree, Mr. Harper has exclusively represented individuals injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Harper’s practice includes handling cases involving nursing home negligence, medical malpractice, automobile and trucking accidents, and defective products, with an emphasis on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases. Mr. Harper is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for his clients.

Adam is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Savannah Trial Lawyers Association, and the Savannah Bar Association.

Mr. Harper was selected to be a member of the LEAD (Leadership) class for 2016-17 by the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He was also elected as President of the Savannah Trial Lawyers Association for 2018-19. Adam has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine in the field of medical malpractice, an honor given to no more than 2.5% of Georgia attorneys under the age of 40.
